Incoming identity
Fiber, blend, yarn, greige construction and lot record.

Incoming, finishing, testing and lot release
A controlled path keeps fiber identity, construction, shade, handfeel, physical evidence and production-lot records aligned.
Inspection flow
Fiber, blend, yarn, greige construction and lot record.
Lab dip, lighting, standard and tolerance direction.
Handfeel, surface, GSM, width and dimensional behavior.
Method, conditioning, specimen and article-specific result.
Lot shade, finish, inspection, deviation and documents.
Dye-lot and finish control
A development result is not transferred automatically after one of these changes. The relevant shade, handfeel, dimensional or physical evaluation is repeated on the changed article.
Send the fabric, color, finish, methods, sample stage and order reference.
The response identifies the specification record, approved shade or finish reference, available method and report scope, inspection status and production-lot link. Quality-system certificates, material-content documents, regulatory statements and product tests remain separate document classes.
A report for one color, finish, backing or specimen does not approve another. Handfeel and drape also require a physical sample and garment-context review because pressing, care and construction can alter the final result.
No certificate number, laboratory accreditation or fixed test value is generated when the brand file lacks that evidence.
